This qualification trains you in four areas. Technology, Business Competence, Teamwork and Relationships, Customer and Client Engagement. Some of the skills you are learning include: using digital technologies to communicate in a work environment, design and produce spreadsheets, write simple documents. Develop and present business proposals, present and debate ideas, support effective workplace relationships. Process customer complaints and respond to service needs of customers who are living with a disability.
